Description

The TIP32C is a silicon Epitaxial-base PNP power transistor in Jedec TO-220 plastic package. It is
intented for use in medium power linear and switching applications. The complementary NPN type is TIP31C.

1. Collector to Base Voltage : Vcbo = - 100 V

2. Collector to Emitter Voltage : Vceo = - 100 V

3. Emitter to Base Voltage : Vebo = - 5 V

4. Collector Current : Ic = - 3 A

6. Junction Temperature : Tj = 150°C
