Description

The BC143 is a PNP silicon planar epitaxial transistor.

It feature low saturation voltage, low collector cutoff current and high breakdown voltage.

It is intended for use in drvier stage of high power audio amplifiers.

It can be supplied together with BC144 as a matched pair.

Absolute maximum ratings ( Ta=25°C )

1. Collector to Base Voltage : Vcbo = - 60 V

2. Collector to Emitter Voltage : Vceo = - 60 V

3. Emitter to Base Voltage : Vebo = - 5 V

4. Collector Current : Ic = - 1 A

5. Junction Temperature : Tj = 150°C

6. Storage Temperatue : Tsg = -55 ~ +150°C
