Description:The 74HC4020 / 74HCT4020 are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and are pin compatible with the “4020” of the “4000B” series. They are specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A. This device features reduced input threshold levels to allow interfacing to TTL logic levels. Inputs also include clamp diodes, this enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. Applications 1. Frequency dividing circuits 2. Time delay circuits
